Individual Artist Description
An individual artist who practices an art form such as literary, visual, and/or performing art. For Public Art, an individual artist could also be a designer who practices architecture or landscape architecture.
General Eligibility
GRANTS
- Be based in the City of Phoenix and have a City of Phoenix address
- Be in good standing concerning all contract agreements with the City of Phoenix
PUBLIC ART
- Be based in the United States and have a United States address
- Be in good standing concerning all contract agreements with the City of Phoenix
