Pre-Registration Instructions

Once you select an applicant type below, you will be able to view a description and the general eligibility of that type. You will then be directed to confirm whether you are that type, and then will be taken to a registration page.

Being eligible as an applicant type does not ensure eligibility for a specific grant program, but you will be able to register. Please review the complete grant program guidelines for full eligibility.
